NETLON'S
TURF PROTECTION ON SHOW AT EX-WORKS
The second Ex-Works
Exhibition sees Netlon making a repeat appearance with its unique,
specialist range of turf protection solutions.
Netlon will
be on stand B30 with its Netpave 25, Netpave 50, Turfguard and Advanced
Turf systems.
Netpave 25 and
Netpave 50 consist of half metre square paver units which simply
clip together to provide protection for turf. Once laid the grass
grows through and the pavers virtually disappear. Netpave
50 is designed to provide permanent or overflow parking and access
for both domestic and commercial traffic, while the lighter weight
Netpave 25 is simply laid on top of existing grass to give permanent
or temporary protection from human and light vehicle traffic. Netpave
25 is enjoying tremendous success after its introduction into the
UK market last year because of its simplicity and effectiveness
on stable ground. The
inherent flexibility of the Netpave design means that both systems
can be used on sloping surfaces and undulating ground.
Netlon's Advanced
Turf System consists of a specially prepared rootzone incorporating
thousands of small interlocking mesh elements. Washed turf or seed
is used to establish grass cover, and as the roots develop they
penetrate through the mesh to form a very stable rootzone and a
deep anchored root system. Advanced
Turf combines an attractive, natural grass surface with high load
bearing capabilities and is ideal for events areas, HGV and emergency
vehicle access routes, overspill car parking, sports fields and
amenity areas.
For protection
from pedestrians and light vehicles on stable ground Netlon's Turfguard
provides a cost effective solution. A tough, flexible and easy-to-lay
mesh, it can be installed on top of existing grass or areas can
be seeded after installation.
Netlon offers
the UK's most comprehensive rage of turf protection solutions, and
its experience covers a wide range of applications including access
routes, car parks, sports fields, events and amenity areas, helicopter
landing pads, aircraft taxiways, and even land sculptures.
