NETLON OFFERS
PIONEERING TURF PROTECTION SOLUTION
Caravan and
camping site owners can now look forward to acres of fresh unspoilt
turf long after the holidaymakers have returned home, thanks to
Netpave 25, the latest addition to the Netlon family of turf protection
solutions.
An easy-to-lay
plastic paving system, Netpave 25 is designed to protect turf from
both human and light vehicle traffic - and to prevent vehicles becoming
bogged down should the British weather do its worst.
Supplied in
metre-square units, the pavers are laid on top of existing grass
and simply clip together to form stable car or caravan parking bays
and access routes wherever required.
A major advantage
is that Netpave 25 provides the required level of protection without
altering the aesthetic appeal of 'open fields'. Once laid, the grass
grows through and the pavers virtually disappear.
Equipped with
a rapid-fastening system, Netpave 25 pavers are quick and easy to
lay and can be utilised on either a permanent or temporary basis.
A unique, flexible structure means they can be used on undulating
and sloping ground as well as on flat surfaces.
Netlon is an
acknowledged leader in the development and application of plastic
mesh products for use in horticulture, civil engineering and agriculture.
Netlon Turf Systems has developed a range of technologies and products
to improve the capabilities of grassed areas to withstand heavy
and intensive wear. The range includes products designed to cater
for a wide variety of turf protection situations, from very lightweight
protective mesh to specially reinforced turf and more permanent
paving capable of handling even heavy goods vehicles.
Mr Ronnie Doctor,
Business Manager of Netlon's Polymer Solutions Division, commented:
"Ground maintenance is a serious issue and can prove costly
if protective measures aren't used. Caravan sites are a typical
application for which the Netpave range was developed. Whatever
the requirement or budget, site owners are likely to find a Netlon
turf protection solution that offers a safe, lasting level of ground
protection."
